HOW DOES IT WORK?
Please contact our customer service and let us know why you would like to return or exchange a product.
Our team is investigating your case and offering you the best option.
After receiving the goods from you, the technical office checks the condition of the product.
You will get your money back or you will get the new product you chose.
RETURN AND REPLACEMENT DEADLINE
If you wish to return or exchange your purchase, you may do so within 60 days of delivery.
Returned products must be accompanied by:
- return and/or exchange request form - RMA;
- invoice;
- payment receipt.
Returned products must be packaged very well to avoid damage during transport, otherwise the damage is charged to the customer.
METHODS AND TIMES OF MONEY REFUND
Each returned product is checked by the BALKAN ENERGY technical department and the customer is informed of the status.
We will refund the cost of the returned items in the same way you paid for them. If you prefer, you can exchange the same item.
In the case of a return with a courier, after receiving the shipment, we will process it within 14 working days. Depending on the processing time of your request, it may take up to 7 days after processing the return for it to appear on your account.
